Little kitchen Noodle place in Tomas Morato

If you want authentic Chinese cuisine that is affordable, try going to Little kitchen noodle house in Tomas Morato. The place is cozy and delicious Chinese food is served

While waiting for your order to be served you get free green tea and sugar glazed peanuts.

I order Salt and pepper pork spareribs which cost  php 270.00  and Japanese wanton at php 80.00 and Buchi for desert at php 70.00 (4pcs). and a bowl of rice.

I really love the pork spareribs, really tasty and you don't need any condiments to enhance its flavor. The siomai is a bit bland for my taste, comes with a sweet and sour sauce. And you will love the buchi... I do recommend this place.

Uncle Cheffy UNLIMITED...

I was with my friend when we went to Robinson's place in Malate Manila and come across Uncle Cheffy

Very inviting for php 199 for 90 minutes all you can eat , I can have unlimited chicken, fish fillet , pasta or calamares. I love fried chicken, the restaurant staff suggested that we can have two different orders and can share the unlimited food. So we ended up ordering fried chicken and the calamares. While waiting for our order I managed to take some shots.
sisha bar

Service was really slow, it took about 30 min before we get to start the first batch of our meal.

My Calamares meal

For every serving of calamares and fried chicken took around 15 to 30 min, and if you look closely the fried chicken is dry and hard and tastes bland . Like it has been cooked the second time around, the calamares is too small but better than the chicken.

Over all, not impressive and disappointing. No wonder we are just the one who ordered this unlimited meal package.

Wok Inn Malate

It's been sometime  when I last visited this place, at around 2006 to 2007. A close friend which I have not seen in years, brought me to this place. A feeling of nostalgia surrounds me.

When I got there at 10 am, the place is still closed so I was able to snap a few quick shots around.

Still sleeping at 10am?

So decided to go to the National museum and be back here for lunch. Got back at 1:30 pm and I'm starving and a bit tired. No menu, an attendant will assist you to choose the order at the counter or I would say the kitchen , behind a glass panel.

So I ordered stuffed squid and the classic sipa and a small bowl of rice.
Dumplings filled with ground pork and minced veggies

Squid stuffed with spring onion in a sweet sauce

Disappointed with the stuffed squid, not the kind I was expecting it to be. You can tell by the size in the picture, not those big and plump squid that I  used to have in other restaurants. Entire meal cost me Php 350.00.

Brad and Pit's ribshack

Interested to try that edible mug made out of cookie, the original plan was to try it... where else... at Cookie Mug! located along Lilac St. in Marikina. When we got there, the place is jam-packed. So might as well look for an alternative and we saw Brad and Pit's ribshack

The place is impressive, displays are memorabilia and items from the 60's to the 80's

So we ordered the spicy ribs and ribs Alfredo, the meat literally fell off the bone, tender and  tasty.

What I don't like is the quantity of serving for its price. A bit expensive for me. But overall, it is worth giving another try.
