Nay ano ang niluto mo?
Kapag tayo ay kumain sa mga fasfoods or restaurants, alam mo ba na ang tira tira or tinapon na pagakain sa basurahan ay magiging pagkain ng karamihan nating kababayan? Oo, yung inakala mo na sa basurahan or kanin baboy ang bagsak, ito ay kinukulekta at kinakain pa ng mga mahihirap.
Ito ay tinatawag nila na ''PagPag'', Ibig sabihin kung ano ang makitang dumi sa pagkain ay papagpagin lang. Ang mga pagkain na kinukulekta sa mga kainan ay nilalagay sa mga garbage bags, at ito ay nakalagay sa labas ng kalsada upang ito ay kolektahin nang City garbage koleksyon. Ngunit ito ay pinag aagawan pa nang mga ating mahihirap na kababayan upang kanilang makakain. Paano ba nila niluluto ang Pagpag?
Delikado ba ang pagkain ng PagPag? Oo dahil ito ay naitapon na sa basura at masyado mataas ang bilang ng mga micro-organismo dito. Ang isang kadahilanan kung bakit hinde nag kakasakit ang ibang kumakain nito ay dahil sa pag gamit nila ng mataas na temperatura sa pag luluto? pinapatay nito ang karamihan sa mga micro-organismo, ngunit hinde lahat ng bacteria ay kaya patayin ng mataas na temperatura. Ang isa pa na disadvantage ay karamihan ng bitamina ay na sisisira pag ang pagkain ay ilang beses na naluto, kaya nawawala na ang mga kailangan nutrition ng ating katawan.
Ang kagutuman ay isa sa mga mahahalaga na problema na dapat solutionan ng ating Gobyerno, Ang isa sa mga paraan na nakikita ko na sagot ay ang pag papalakas ng agrikultura. Palakasin ang pag papautang at pag suporta sa mga magsasaka, at ang pag papatupad ng isang totoongland reform na programa.
